Channels
The ways a guest can find the same house.
Airbnb is where many owners start. It is not where every family searches. We add Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Hopper, Google, Tripadvisor, Marriott, and direct booking on palmhosts.com only when the calendar can keep them from colliding. Not every home starts on all of them.
Airbnb
Families comparing homes, not hotels
The listing most new hosts start with. Reviews, response time, and the first five photos decide whether you are even seen.
Vrbo
Longer family stays and repeat vacationers
Strong for whole-home stays near the parks. A second calendar, with its own rules, fees, and guest expectations.
Booking.com
Travelers who book hotels and homes in one search
Useful reach, stricter policies, and a different cancellation culture than Airbnb. Worth doing on purpose, not by accident.
Expedia
Travelers who bundle flights, cars, and a stay
A major OTA that also carries whole-home rentals, related to Vrbo, with its own fees and cancellation rules. Worth turning on once the listing and calendar are solid.
Hopper
App-first travelers shopping price and dates
Another door into the same home. It only helps if rates and availability stay locked to every other channel.
Anyone who starts a trip with a search
Google Vacation Rentals surfaces the home from the channels it is connected to. Not a place you log in to — it reflects what is already listed and priced elsewhere.
Tripadvisor
Researchers reading reviews before they book
Reaches guests who plan around reviews and ratings. Another discovery door into the same home, kept in sync with the other channels.
Marriott
Bonvoy members who want a home, not a room
Marriott’s Homes & Villas program lists vetted whole-home rentals. A premium channel we open when a home qualifies.
palmhosts.com
Guests who already know the home or come back direct
Palm Hosts’ own booking site. Repeat guests and referrals can book without another platform in the middle.
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Hopper, Google, Tripadvisor, and Marriott are independent marketplaces and trademarks of their owners. Palm Hosts is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their fees, payout timing, and co-host tools differ, and we work inside the rules of each one.
