Owners · out-of-state welcome

A second home that can earn without becoming your second job.

Most of our owners live out of state and bought near the parks. You keep the listing, the payouts, and your own weeks. We run the guest work on the nights you’re not in the house — local ops that should feel boring from your phone, wherever you live.

If you already list it

We audit photos, gaps, reply speed, and whether the rate still matches the month. Then we take the work you want off your phone.

If you have not listed it

We start with “is this legal here?” Then photos, a cleaner, a price floor, and the first channel. Not all five on night one.

A blunt health check

Eight yes-or-not-yet questions. The same ones that decide whether a home feels hosted or abandoned.

  1. 1Every room, the pool or resort, and the real sofa are photographed in daylight.

  2. 2The home is live on more than one booking site, with one shared calendar.

  3. 3Guest messages are answered the same day, including weekends.

  4. 4Holiday and event weeks are priced differently from a random Tuesday.

  5. 5House rules, parking, and HOA limits are written where the guest will see them.

  6. 6A cleaner is booked before checkout, not hoped for after it.

  7. 7The parcel, the HOA, and the state license have been checked.

  8. 8You can block your own trips on every channel, not just one app.
